This recently restored farmhouse with private pool is located on a hillside between Pienza and Montepulciano. From the house and garden there are views of gently rolling hills. A beautiful lawn surrounds the house. There is a pergola-covered patio with a table and chairs for dining al fresco overlooking the pool, which is located on the hillside below the house. In the garden there is a barbeque and pizza oven.

The large house, which in on two levels, features terra cotta tile flooring and exposed wood beams. It has been tastefully decorated in traditional Tuscan country style. On the ground floor there is a very spacious living room with a fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. Large arches divide the living area and dining area. From the dining area there is a step down through an archway to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, which has a table, grill, and fireplace. There is a half bathroom on this floor. There is one bedroom on the ground floor. This ground floor bedroom has two full beds, a double sink in the room, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Doors open to the garden from this bedroom.

Stone stairs lead up to the first floor, which has three bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a large tub and sink in the room and a separate half bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The third first floor bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower. Please note that final access is via an unpaved road (about 200 meters).
