When you have decided on a property and confirmed availability with one of our agents, the next step is to complete the Booking Contract.

Please know that we cannot confirm a reservation without the signed Booking Contract and deposit (or full amount if booking within 10 weeks of the start of the rental).

You may download and print the Booking Contract from our web site. If you prefer, we can fill out the booking contract and send it to you to complete and sign (as an email attachment or via fax).

Please read all three pages carefully, especially the Terms and Conditions. After reviewing the contract, please complete, sign, and fax it back to us.

If you are booking more than 10 weeks before the start of the rental, a deposit of 50% of the contract amount is due with the Booking Contract. The remaining 50% of the contract amount is due 10 weeks before the rental. If you are booking within 10 weeks of the start of the rental, the full amount of the contract is due at booking.

The Rental Amount may be paid by check or credit card. Please note that there is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions. If you choose to pay by credit card, please complete the Credit Card Authorization form completely, sign where required on the form, and fax it back to us with the booking contract.
If you are paying by check, please send your check immediately, as we can only hold a property for five days from the date we receive the completed Booking Contract.

Please note: The prices are in Euro. The US Dollar equivalent will be calculated based on the currency exchange rate at the time of payment using www.xe.com rates.

We strongly suggest you purchase a Travel Insurance policy since rentals are arranged far in advance of the date of travel and cancellation involves significant penalties. For your convenience, below we have provided summary information about what is covered under the Travelex travel insurance policies that we offer.
